A large Commodity Company requires a Vessel Operations Manager to be responsible for Customers, Busniess Development, Personnel and Operational matters. The role also has the oversight of all vessel operations done in Asia Pacific Requirements: 10 years of relevant experience with proven track record in running dry bulk operations. Ability to manage tight time contraints. Proven ability to develop teams and individuals through excellent people management, coaching, knowledge transfer and motivation. Possess strategic thinking, analytical and change management skills.
